TheDataVault will manage your important documents in our Purpose built and secure document storage facility. Using our customized software, your documents will be professionally and efficiently Scanned into our system, then catalogued, by our highly trained staff.
Each Document Box / File is given a Unique barcode identifying your documents, and other important information.
Our storage facility is flexible, we will accommodate any box size you have, all we ask is the box you are to store is in good condition, and sturdy.
If you require document boxes, we will supply these in flat form. They are a one piece assembly, and very easy to fold into a ready to use box in seconds.
